At Bumper to Bumper Auto Detailing, we strive to provide the highest quality auto detailing services, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we are here to help.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your auto detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer to:

Re-do the service at no additional charge, or
-
Offer a partial refund depending on the issue and level of service received.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The vehicle was not cleaned or detailed according to the service level purchased.

There was damage caused by our service team (with proper documentation).

You notify us of the issue within the required timeframe (24 hours after service completion).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The complaint is made more than 24 hours after the service.

The dissatisfaction is due to issues unrelated to our service (e.g. pre-existing damage, rust, stains that cannot be removed, etc.).

The customer fails to show up for their appointment or cancels without at least 24 hours' notice (see cancellation policy).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

We understand that life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

5. How to Request a Refund or Re-Detail
To request a refund or re-detail:

Contact us via 503-410-4258 or bumpertobumperautodetailing@gmail.com within 24 hours of service.

Provide your name, appointment date, vehicle details, and a brief description of the issue.

Include photos if possible to help us evaluate the concern.
